A little about me…
As a UX/UI Designer, I am dedicated to crafting seamless and impactful digital experiences. My journey in design is marked by a profound appreciation for aesthetics and functionality, a passion that initially blossomed in the realm of fashion.
My academic foundation was laid at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I immersed myself in Fashion Design and Marketing & Management. This education not only honed my eye for style and color but also instilled in me a deep understanding of user-centric principles.
My professional path began at Kohl's Design office in New York City, where I contributed to their private brands Jennifer Lopez, Dana Buchman, and Simply Vera Vera Wang. This experience allowed me to collaborate closely with industry icons and oversee a brand's journey from its inception to the final product. Later, at Macy's, I led the Style & Co. brand's sweater and knit design team as a Senior Designer, always prioritizing the customer's voice in my creations.
Although deeply rooted in the fashion industry for over ten years, my fascination with digital design's potential to streamline and enhance user interactions grew. This led me to pursue a UX/UI Design certificate at the Pratt Institute, followed by advanced studies with Thinkful in September 2022. These experiences equipped me with the skills necessary to navigate and innovate in the digital design landscape.
Today, as the sole designer at EntryPoint Networks, I am at the forefront of integrating my expertise in both tangible product design and digital realms. I am committed to creating designs that are not only visually appealing but also intuitively functional, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
I am based in the vibrant New York City Metropolitan area and am always eager to discuss my journey, share insights, or explore new design opportunities.
